How has this figure been generated?
With a mix of Matlab scripts on FreeSurfer outputs, then Blender (also with some scripts), then Inkscape.
I know how to import a brain surface from FreeSurfer to Blender, but only without the colors from the anatomical atlas. Can you give me some more details on how you included the colors found e.g. in the lh.aparc.annot label into Blender.
